Kenny came through the youth ranks and made his senior debut for the Club when the future of Thistle was at stake in the late 1990s. Batting off contenders for his goalkeeping jersey throughout his time in Maryhill, Kenny was a key part of John Lambie’s Thistle side which rose through the divisions and kept their SPL status in 2003.
During his ten year at the spell, The Thistle hall of fame inductee served the club strongly earning a testimonial with the Club.
