With the launch of our third kit recently unveiled our set of kits is now complete for the 2023/24 season with the home, away and third kit all now on sale from our retail partners, Greaves Sports.
Produced by O’Neills for a fourth season on the trot, this year’s range of kits and leisurewear have proved extremely popular with the Thistle faithful evidenced by the fact that our home kit has been re-stocked three times already!
Our three match kits for the 23/24 campaign were designed with the core values of the club at heart as our Chief Commercial Officer Beth Adamson explains:
“Our partnership with O’Neills and Greaves over the past few years has been an absolute delight for the club and the collection that has been produced this year may well be the best yet.
“Starting off with the home kit, I think the beauty of the home kit here at Thistle is that we’re not tied down to design and we can try to be a bit creative. As a club we strive to be forward-thinking and innovative and this year’s unique take on the red, yellow and black is a manifestation of that ethos.
“Of course, the club is nothing without its history and that’s why we’ve also re-imagined a popular kit of the past for the away kit. The fanbase responded really well to the original pink and grey strip and it’s been similarly received this time around. Over the course of our partnership with O’Neills, they been absolutely brilliant at bringing designs from the past back to life and this year’s away kit is another example of exactly that.
“Finally, our recently released third kit was designed with our commitment to the local community in mind. At Partick Thistle we aim to cultivate an attitude of acceptance and care whether that be for fellow Jags fans or for those in need in the Maryhill area and beyond with organisations like the Charitable Trust and Jags For Good ensuring that Partick Thistle isn’t just a football club.”
Scott Smith, owner of the club’s principal sponsors Clydebuilt Home Improvements, said:
“Since becoming the club’s main sponsor over the summer it’s been overwhelming to see the company represented on all the different tops that have been released for the new season.
“Seeing the kits out on the pitch has been phenomenal but just as good has been the way the fans have taken to them and hearing how popular they’ve been. Seeing so many of them in the stands and even out on the street on a day-to-day basis is testament to the fans and the way they back the club which was a big part of why we wanted to be a part of Partick Thistle in the first place.”
