Hearts have had a good season so far sitting in 6th position with 23 points. Eva Olid’s side have performed well this season having had memorable victories over the likes of Motherwell, Spartans and Aberdeen.
Having already beat the Jags in heavy fashion earlier in the season, they’ll look to use that as motivation as they approach this match at Petershill.
The month of November was one to remember as our five star performances saw us win all of our matches. Our most recent match, a 4-2 victory away to Motherwell, was another important victory as it saw us go 9 points clear of 7th place Aberdeen. Our goal has always been to play entertaining football and reach the top 6, as we did last season. Therefore to grab another 3 points and cement ourselves within the top half of the table is a great achievement at this point.
The latest trip on the road for the Jags saw yet another goal of the season contender from Imogen Longcake as she bagged two. Rachel Donaldson added another to her tally as she earned a SWPL POTM nomination off the back of an incredible November while skipper Demi Falconer even grabbed a goal.
Another dominant display brings a close to a great month as we return home to Petershill Park. Strong Followings from the Red and Yellow army have really helped our girls this season. We would love to see as many of you as possible as we return home to Petershill Park for this game against Hearts.
Shona Cowan is ineligible for this tie against her parent club as she is on loan
from Hearts this season while Claire Adams faces a late fitness test having been forced off against Motherwell.
With that being said, it will be up to Brian Graham and the rest of the management team to field the best possible side heading into this fixture.
