Minute’s Applause
As most fans will be aware, club legend Gerry Collins sadly passed away recently following a long battle with illness. Gerry was also a much-loved figure at Glenafton having led them to a cup double during the 2005/06 season and as such a minute’s applause will be held in Gerry’s memory at next month’s friendly.

Thistle's only open door pre-season friendly ends in a comfortable 4-2 win. All the Thistle goals come in a opening 45 minutes when they look sharp.
The tempo dropped in the second half with the inevitable round of substitutions. Thistle finishing the game with a very young side on the pitch.
A second for Glenafton. McCready can only push away a free kick and the loose ball is tucked home.
