Partick Thistle are pleased to confirm the appointment of Craig Stewart as their new Head of Media and Communications.
The post which has been created as part of a re-alignment of roles at the club, that sees Graham McRoberts take up the position of Club Secretary, was recently advertised and attracted a high number of applications. After a rigorous selection process, which included two rounds of interviews, the position was offered to Craig and he is now in place at The Wyre Stadium at Firhill.Craig, who spent more than 30 years working in football as a Freelance Football Writer was latterly a Media Associate at Queen’s Park.
Partick Thistle General Manager Levi Gill said: “The club are delighted to have secured Craig’s services to lead our media operation. As a fan-owned club, clear and transparent communication should be at the core of everything we do and we believe that Craig’s knowledge, experience and leadership skills will be invaluable in our efforts to elevate and professionalise our media output.”
