The sterling work carried out by The Jags Foundation Board Member David Brown in building relationships with Academic Bodies across Glasgow has been recognised in the University of Strathclyde’s on-line monthly newsletter for November.
Their article entitled Student engagement with Partick Thistle FC highlights the work between Strathclyde Business School and the club across various courses and levels of Programmes in the University.
Partick Thistle club director Alistair Gray said: “David has led a really strong programme of engagement with The University of Strathclyde and it is terrific that they have written so positively about it.”
“We have benefitted from some great ideas from the students at Strathclyde and they have benefitted from working with Partick Thistle in a very open manner. It would be fair to say that there is more to come from this initiative and other ones with different Universities.”
