Partick Thistle can today confirm the signing of 28 year old striker, Andréa Mbuyi-Mutombo on a one-year deal, subject to international clearance.
The Congolese international has previous experience of Scottish football having played with Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Ladbrokes Premiership during the 2015/16 campaign.
The Brussels-born striker started his career as a youth player at Anderlecht in Belgium before moving to FC Brussels and consequently Portsmouth all before signing a senior contract. After signing a pro deal with the Fratton Park side, Andréa made the loan switch to Zulte Waregem where he scored three time in 14 games.
Throughout his career, which has earned him an international cap for the DR Congo, Andréa has played his football throughout Europe including spells in Belgium, Croatia and France.
