Partick Thistle: A People’s History

This book is about a group of people, most of whom have never met, but all of whom share a profound love. It’s the story of a community’s togetherness and pride, unity and compassion. The story of football fans, embedded in a collective sense of survival in the face of crushing defeat and indignity, disappointment and despondency.

These fans have chosen or been chosen by this team – Jags for life. But they don’t see it as a choice. It’s an inheritance that they will pass on. They are the beating heart and the uplifting soul of Partick Thistle.

This is their story.
