Aidan Fitzpatrick's first half goal, his 4th of the season against Arbroath, is enough to get Thistle all three points. 

There are shouts for handball and an Arbroath penalty before Stowe lifts a shot over the Thistle crossbar. 

Stowe with the corner for Arbroath and Graham has to hack the ball clear. 

Graham has to stoop to reach the Lawless corner and it is an easy save for Gaston. 

Lawless is fouled a few yards outside the Arbroath box, left of centre. 

It's a really poor free kick though and Mitchell picks the ball up as we move into the final 10 minutes.

A Neilson shot from outside the box though cleanly hit is heading away from goal.

For the second time this afternoon Thistle have the ball in the net, Robinson this time firing home after a Graham shot is blocked, only for the offside flag to halt any celebrations. 

Nearly a chance for Dow inside the Thistle box but he can't get the ball under control and it goes out for a goal kick. 

Back underway. No changes from Thistle. 

Thistle lead at the end of a first half of few chances. 

A dipping shot from Murray lands on the top of the Thistle net but the referee had spotted a push on McBeth and awards Thistle a free kick. 

Graham chases a forward pass. He does well to collect and cut back for McInroy who sends a shot high over the Arbroath crossbar. 

Murray's corner is cleared. 

A Murray cross from the right goes across the Thistle 6 yard box without an Arbroath player managing to get a touch to it. 

A Lawless shot is wide of Gaston's left hand post. 

The ball is in the Arbroath net again after McInroy tucks home a McMillan cross but the flag was up for offside. 

Graham sees his shot saved after McBeth strides forward from the back but the flag goes up for offside in any case. 

Graham isn't far away from connecting with a Lawless cross into the box. 

Neilson pushes a pass to Fitzpatrick at the edge of the box. Fitzpatrick takes a couple of touches before sending a low shot past Gaston and into the net. 

It's good link up play between Lawless and McMillan. The latter crosses and Gaston just gets to it ahead of Graham. 

Nearly an opener for Arbroath. Murray's corner finds the head of Little and it needs a good stop from Mitchell to precent his header from finding the net.
