We've reached the 90 minute mark. 

Fitzpatrick takes the free kick himself. It finds Brownlie but his header clears the bar with a bit to spare. 

Fitzpatrick is fouled down the left and Thistle will have a chance to get the ball into the Morton box. 

Lawless takes the free kick but it is far too close to Schwake. 

Thistle win a free kick wide on the right hand side. 

It's a great ball in from Strapp from the left and Blues fires home 6 yards out. 

Turner's shot is too close to Schwake to cause him any real problems. 

Hodson steps into the right back position vacated by McMillan. 

McMillan goes to ground on the halfway line with the ball at the other end of the pitch. He's going to need some treatment. There's some signal to the Thistle bench. It could be that another substitution is coming. 

It's a routine catch for Schwake from Turner's corner. 

Thistle break quickly through Fitzpatrick. He has options for a pass but elects to go for goal himself and Thistle have to make do with just a corner from a very promising looking position. 

Lawless gets the ball back when his corner is cleared. This time he lifts the ball to the back post, but it is cleared. 

An attempted clearance nearly drops in the net for an own goal. 

Crawford's corner goes out of play without a touch from another player. 

It's a fantastic one handed save from Sneddon to push a Crawford effort over the bar as Thistle struggle to clear a Strapp long throw. 

A McMillan cross from the right falls to Dowds about 12 yards out and he buries a low shot past Schwake. 

Thistle make their first change of the afternoon. 

Dowds' header is deflected wide for a second corner. 

Hodson is back on the field but does look to be hobbling a little. 

Break in play while Hodson receives some treatment. 

Within seconds Thistle are close to falling behind. Quitingo skins Milne down the left and crosses for McGrattan who completely misses the ball when a goal looked the likely outcome. 

Back underway. 

Akinola does well to head the ball back to Sneddon with Muirhead right behind him hoping for a slipup. 

There is a chance for Dowds at Turner's second corner, but he gets under rather than over the ball with the result that his header goes over the crossbar. 

Morton look for a penalty once again, this time for a trip on Crawford. That looked a decent shout from here. Crawford's protests earn him a yellow card. 

Morton look for a penalty as Milne challenges Quitongo in the box. 

Louder appeals for a Thistle penalty as Milne tries to get on the end of Turner's corner but Thistle have to settle for as second corner. 

Turner does well to get a cross into the Morton box. He tries to find Milne at the back post, but Quitongo does enough to prevent Milne from getting the ball. There are half hearted shouts for a Thistle penalty. 

There is a chance for Morton and Quitongo but he slices his shot horribly wide of goal. 

It's a poor corner from Muirhead and Dowds clears. Morton though win a throw and the pressure is still on the Thistle goal. 

This time the corner slides off the head of Quitongo and goes behind for a Thistle goal kick. 

Muirhead takes it and whips it low towards Sneddon's right hand corner but the Thistle keeper is able to push the ball away. 

Morton have a free kick about 30 yards from the Thistle goal and in a central position. 

Brownlie crosses and although Dowds gets his head to it he can twist his body to allow him to direct his header towards the Morton goal. 

We've seen this goal before this season. Crawford lifts the corner into the Thistle box, and it is a Morton player, Ambrose, that has the hunger and desire to win the ball and he heads home. 

A simple ball into the Thistle box finds Quitongo who sees his shot blocked at the expense of a corner. 

There are howls for a Morton penalty as Quitongo goes down in the box under a challenge. It didn't look a penalty for here, admittedly some distance from that penalty box.  

Schwake gets a hand to Turner's corner. The ball is picked up by Lawless on the opposite flank and he twists and turns before crossing but Schwake claims this time. 

Thistle aren't without a threat in forward positions and Dowds heads on a free kick for Mullen but it is an easy save for Schwake. 

Crawford's corner goes deep to Quitongo who nods the ball back towards goal where it is cleared. The home side look the more likely in the early stages. 

Mullen pushes a pass back to Turner at the edge of the Morton box, but he drags a shot wide of keeper's left-hand post.

Back for the corner, Dowds heads clear at the front post. 

And an early impression is precisely what McMillan is close to providing with a shot from the corner of the Morton box that drifts narrowly wide. 

It's McMillan at right wingback and he plays a pass up to the feet of Mullen as Thistle try and make an early impression. 

Thistle kick-off and are shooting towards the Wee Dublin End of Cappielow in the first half. 

Thistle's selection woes haven't eased any as they go into this afternoon's fixture with Morton with Aaron Muirhead's suspension adding to Ian McCall's problems as he shuffles his pack in an attempt to get Thistle back to winning ways. 

Jamie Sneddon is preferred in goals to David Mitchell for this one and other changes see Stevie Lawless, and Tunji Akinola start. 

A five-man Thistle defence looks the likely shape with the pre-match question centring on whether it will be Jack McMillan or Lee Hodson that will occupy the right wing-back role.
