A Mark Lamont free-kick from just outside the box almost finds Kelly but it's headed away for a corner before it reaches the centre-half.

Sneddon saves a shot from the edge of the box.

Fitzpatrick is forced off with what looks like a knee problem. He seemed in pain at first but the wideman walked off the pitch.

Stokes finds Fitzpatrick with a ball from the wing. Fitzpatrick lifts it over a defender's head and shoots but slices it horribly wide from around 20 yards. The number seven then has another chance shortly after but his shot is saved before Nisbet fires the rebound wide.

The ball falls fortuitously for Chalmers after a deflection and the number ten shoots on the bounce. He finds the target but Sneddon holds well.

Hornby fires another shot well over the bar from range after a United free-kick failed to beat the wall.

Appere fires a shot wide of Sneddon's right-hand post from 15 yards.

Logan Chalmers cuts in from the left and curls an effort on goal. His left-footed attempt goes a yard or two over Sneddon's goal.

Mark Lamont lifts a brilliant ball into the box. Kevin Nisbet is the man under it and the number nine looks to guide a volley into the far corner. He meets it well but narrowly misses the target at the far stick.

Hornby is booked for a foul on Fitzpatrick on the right wing.

McLaughlin's penalty comes off the post and hits the 'keeper's back. It then falls in the six yard box and McLaughlin thumps home from all of two yards.

A good pass by Wilson finds Stokes in the box but the number 11 hits a weak strike and is once again denied.

Hornby shoots high and wide from 20 yards on the left of the pitch.

Appere wriggles his way through a few challenges before shooting from the edge of the box. His shot is blocked but it comes to Archie Thomas who also shoots, this time from further out. It hits the post and hits Sneddon who then collects the loose ball. The Jags then go quickly up the other end and Stokes sees a shot saved by Donaldson.

After James Stokes wins a header from a goalkick, McLaughlin just keeps the ball in as he slots Stokes through on the left. Stokes finds Nisbet with a cross but the striker misses at the near post.

Nisbet slots a fine ball down the channel finding James Stokes. The winger turns a low cross across goal but no one can meet it. A couple of minutes later Kevin Nisbet is in the right place as the ball drops to him on the edge of the box. He hits it on the bounce but slices it over the bar.

Ian Stokes' throw-in from the right hand touchline finds McLaughlin in the United box. The number ten then strikes across goal but his half-volley bends wide.
