First half goals from Brian Graham, Scott Tiffoney and Kevin Holt all but secure the tie.
Thistle keep the home side at arms length in the second half with a late Danny Mullen goal the icing on the cake.
Minimum of 1 minute additional time to be played.
Eze heads over from almost right under the Thistle crossbar.
Danny Mullen gets in on the act when he forces the ball home after Ferrie saves a deflected Smith effort.
Mitchell is fouled as he gets a fist to the corner.
Crowd: 1,581
The ball is safely in the hands of Mitchell after a bit of a scramble at the back post.
Boateng drags a shot wide of goal as Thistle contain the home side.
Mitchell takes charge and claims the corner.
Mitchell is forced to tip a dangerous cross over the bar.
Tiffoney is on the end of a slip in the Queen's defence but can't get the ball past Ferrie who makes a good save. Not his first good save of the night.
Shields tries to bend a shot into the top corner but his effort from the edge of the box doesn't threaten the Thistle goal.
Three first half goals have Thistle in a commanding position both on the night and in the tie.
Nearly a fourth as Ferrie makes a point blank save to keep out Graham's header.
Thistle three to the good on the night and four ahead on aggregate. Graham forces Ferrie into a great save and Holt is the man on hand to knock the ball home.
Tiffoney advances towards goal but he is off balance as he shoots and as a result the ball drifts well wide of target.
Tiffoney nearly gets in for a chance for a third but Ferrie is able to get to the ball just ahead of him.
It's a beautiful goal that doubles the Thistle lead on the night. Turner finds Lawless who in turn picks out McMillan and his inch perfect cut back is converted by Tiffoney. Thistle now 6-3 ahead on aggregate.
Healy has a shot for Queen's but it is straight at Mitchell.
Dream start for Thistle as Graham is there to convert Turner's corner scoring his 50th Partick Thistle goal in the process.
Nearly an opener for Queen's. Davidson has just Mitchell to beat but the keeper makes an excellent block. The ball breaks loose and Davidson shoots again ad this time the ball is cleared for a corner that Queen's can do nothing with.
First shot on goal comes from Thistle. Holt finds Tiffoney but Tiffoney's effort is high and wide of goal.
Thistle kick off and are shooting towards the Thistle fans in the first half.
Kick-off is approaching on a beautiful sunny night at Ochilview but nobody inside the ground is interested in the weather this evening rather focus is on trying to progress to a play-off semi-final meeting with Ayr United.
Thistle go into this match with a slender one goal advantage but if the first leg taught as anything it was just about anything can happen in play-off football. Twist and turns galore are anticipated tonight.
The Thistle team selection this evening shows just the one change from that started the home leg with injury side lining Stuart Bannigan with Aidan Fitzpatrick, impressive off the bench, starting tonight.
Ji Stevenson being added to the list of Thistle subs is the only other change.
