Thistle are unfortunate not to win this game but it is a battling point that edges Thistle that bit closer to securing a play-off place.
Flag goes up for offside and that you suspect will be that.

Graham twists his head to reach McInroy's free kick but his header goes over the bar.
Milne has his ankles clipped and Thistle have a free kick near the corner of the Raith box.

Just for a split second it looks as if a Milne effort is heading for the top corner but Dabrowski appears to clutch hold of the ball.

A deflected Graham effort is just inches over the bar.
Easton does well to hold off a Thistle defender but Mitchell makes a comfortable save from his shot.
Milne makes a great block to deny Smith a chance.
The Thistle fans are getting right behind the team as they sense a goal but a Neilson pass goes astray and Rovers regroup.

Fitzpatrick's fierce effort is turned round the post for a corner.
The free kick is blocked by the wall but Rovers pick the ball up again and Stanton sees his shot just clear the Thistle crossbar.

An uneventful opening 45 minutes.
David Mitchell makes a good stop to keep out a Rudden header and aa Fitzpatrick shot crashes off the underside the bar.
Those have been the only chances of a first half in which Rovers have enjoyed the majority of possession.
Thistle are so close to taking the lead. Fitzpatrick, who has had a quiet game, strides forward and his deflected shot crashes off the underside of the bar and stays out.
Turner takes the free kick which is virtually a corner but Thistle clear.

MacKenzie clears and a spell of pressure on the Thistle goal eases.

Rudden tries to flick Stanton's near post corner towards goal but it is cleared.

A low Smith cross comes into the Thistle 6 yard box but Mitchell is down quickly to collect.

Mullin's free kick goes straight out for a goal kick as the uneventful start to the game continues.

First wee half chance. A cross comes over from the left but Graham is able to hook his shot on target and it goes wide.
The game is being played at a fast enough tempo but no hint of a chance for either side so far.
No change in shape to the Thistle side. Zander MacKenzie occupying a role wide on the right for Thistle.
The Thistle team for this afternoon's match with Raith Rovers shows two changes from that drew with Dunfermline last Saturday.
Injury keeps out, as it will for some time sadly, Steven Lawless and Scott Robinson also misses out through injury.
In come Ben Stanway and Zander MacKenzie.
