A sports scientist, Carlos originally joined the club in 2015 as an Erasmus student, gaining experience with the Thistle Weir Youth Academy.
This season, however, Carlos is working a lot closer with the first team squad and alongside Junior Mendes work to make sure the potential ability of each member of the squad is reached.
