Following the recent iOS 11 update some Jagzone users reported issues with the live audio commentary function on the website. Users who had updated their operating system received the following message:
“Error loading media: file could not be played”
We have received confirmation from the streaming software company that this issue has now been fixed and that all users with an iOS11 operating system will be access our audio commentary service without any issues.
