Ayr United Stream now available for purchase

It’s festive football at Firhill this Wednesday evening as Ayr United become the latest visitors to Maryhill.

Season Ticket Holder Information: 

All 2021/22 Partick Thistle season ticket holders will be provided with access to our live stream for each of our restricted attendance fixtures. A unique code will be emailed to all season ticket holders ahead of our game against Ayr United on Wednesday evening to redeem to watch these matches.

Partick Thistle season ticket holders should not attempt to purchase a PPV pass until they receive their access code.

Non Season Ticket Holder Information: 

A live stream of Sunday’s game against Ayr will be available to purchase for £12 for any supporter who would like to tune in.

How to purchase your PPV pass:

1. Head to tv.ptfc.co.uk
2. You’ll be able to view our upcoming fixture against Ayr within our shop.
3. Add the game to your basket.
4. The game will now have been added to your shopping basket. View the basket and proceed to checkout
5. Enter your billing details to continue creating your account. Double check your email address and password as you will require these details to purchase future streams. If you purchased one of our previous streams this season, please use the same log-in details as you did for that fixture.
6. As a Thistle fan, please check the home box when prompted to choose between home or away.
7. Complete the checkout process and complete your purchase of the match.
8. You will now see a confirmation screen with your order details and will receive a confirmation email automatically.

How do I view the match?

I have purchased my PPV pass on matchday

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation screen with your order details. Click “View” to be directed to the match stream page. Accept the terms of conditions and click play on the media player to begin to watch the stream.

 

I purchased my PPV pass before matchday

There are two ways to view the match if you have purchased a PPV before matchday.

Method One – Through the Email Confirmation

1. In the confirmation email sent upon completion of your purchase, click the “click here to view the match now” link above the order confirmation summary.
2. This link will take you direct to the match stream page, there will be no need to log in to your account. Accept the terms and conditions and click play on the media player to begin to watch the stream.

Method Two – Log In through tv.ptfc.co.uk

1. Head to https://tv.ptfc.co.uk/my-account/
2. Log in using the email address and password you used when completing your purchase
3. Select “My matches” from the menu on the left hand side
4. Click “View” to access the match stream page.
5. Accept the terms and conditions and click play on the media player to begin to watch the stream.
