No matchdays at the Wyre Stadium at Firhill are possible without the support of a red and yellow army of volunteers – and the club needs just a few more heroes to help at home games this season.
Today we are asking if any Jags fans can spare an hour or two before kick-off to assist with sales of 50/50 tickets and match programmes, the return of which has led to this latest requirement for additional volunteers.
All volunteers are fully trained and supported, entitled to free entry to home games and will be invited to selected events during the course of the season such as a meet the manager evening and Christmas / end of season lunches.

One of our longstanding volunteers is Alison McKenzie, who supporters may recognise from selling 50/50 tickets and match programmes at the south end of the Jackie Husband Stand concourse.
She said: “I was wary about volunteering at first but I very quickly settled into it and I can’t imagine not doing it now. It’s just become part of my Saturday afternoon.
“It’s great seeing all the familiar faces each home game and having a chat and a bit of banter with them. It really makes you feel part of the Club and you do feel as if you are contributing to the overall matchday experience. I still haven’t won the 50/50 draw though!”
