Partick Thistle WFC are thrilled to confirm that goalkeeper Chloe Logan will be joining the club ahead of the start of the 2026-27 season as a player/goalkeeper coach.
The former Celtic shot stopper carved her name into the sides history as she became the first player to graduate through and play at every age level for the hoops all the way up to their first team starting eleven.
After a brief departure from their academy set up for a stint at Stirling Uni, she returned to Celtic and solidified her place in the starting eleven until injury forced her to the sidelines.
Her return came against The Jags, where she played catalyst to keeping a threatening looking Thistle at bay, with a huge save saving their 2-1 scoreline.
Looking to gain minutes, Chloe spent half of last season at Motherwell before rejoining Celtic in January to bolster their options.
The keeper is no stranger to a Jags jersey however, having been called on an emergency loan to Partick Thistle on two occasions in 2024. The former, a league tie against Hibs in November saw her pick up a Team of the Week selection for her effort between the sticks while she also sat on the bench in backup to Ava Easdon during our SkySports Cup Final appearance.
After signing Chloe Said: “I’m excited to finally be a permanent Thistle player. I’ve been here twice on an emergency loan and loved both times so I’m really happy to be here for the whole season ahead.
“Thistle have always been a club which looks great to be part of, a great team spirit and a team which really go out and play for each other so it’s exciting to be part of that.
“I’m looking forward to contributing both in a playing and in a coaching capacity by helping each of the young goalkeepers develop, and for me it’s about learning from the staff and developing as a coach as well enjoying playing football again”

“Chloe is an excellent goalkeeper who will bring a wealth of experience to the club, both in a playing capacity and working with the coaching staff as goalkeeper coach.
“We have a number of young goalkeepers here and I expect them all to push for the number 1 jersey and it’s great to add Chloe to that mix too”
