Earlier today we officially launched our 1971 commemorative strip auction in conjunction with club partners McTears Auctioneers following on from our successful 1921 kit auction last month which raised £4610 thanks to the generous support of Jags fans.
All of the kits issued for our cinch Championship game against Dunfermline on 23rd October 2021 to celebrate 50 years since our iconic League Cup triumph are available to bid on with the majority of the kits signed by the modern-day player who wore the kit – the ones that are signed will say so in the lot description.
The starting price for each strip, which includes shirt, shorts and socks, will be £50 with all proceeds being split between Partick Thistle Women’s FC and the club’s Former Players Assocation. Your bid will help the women’s team prepare for the 2022/23 season and allow us to support our former players with events throughout the next 12 months.
The auction will run until the afternoon of Monday, 6th June.
