Partick Thistle can today announce that Craig Slater has left the club by mutual agreement with immediate effect.
The midfielder joined Thistle in July 2018 from Colchester United making his Jags debut in a 2-0 win over Stenhousemuir at Ochilview in the Betfred Cup.
That would be the first of 51 appearances Craig made for the club, scoring three times along the way. The first of those three goals came in a 1-1 draw away to Falkirk in November 2018, with Slater winning the McCrea FS Player of the Month award for that month.
Craig leaves with the sincere thanks of everyone at Partick Thistle Football Club and with our best wishes for his future in the game.
