Fergus Maclennan has today informed chairman Alistair Creevy that he is resigning from the Partick Thistle Board with immediate effect to enable him to focus on his new business and young family.
The Board have accepted his decision and wish to thank Fergus for his contribution as a director of Partick Thistle, appreciating all he has done for the club in particular in helping manage the transition to fan ownership.
Fergus Maclennan said: “It’s been a pleasure to represent the club I love and I’m especially proud to have played my part to deliver fan ownership successfully via the PTFC Trust.
“I will of course continue to support the club both personally and commercially through my business, Adapt Commercial Property.
“I wish everyone connected to Partick Thistle Football Club every success for the 2023/24 season.”
We look forward to welcoming Fergus and his family to matches at the Wyre Stadium at Firhill this season.
