The partnership between Glasgow Taxis and Partick Thistle has been strengthened with the news that the city’s Premier Taxi Service are continuing to back The Jags.
The name of Glasgow Taxis, who have provided local areas with a prompt, reliable and professional taxi service for decades is once again on the front of the Men’s First Team training kit.
It is a fifth season in a row that this valued partner has backed the club in this way, as well as having their name proudly displayed in advertising boards around The Wyre Stadium at Firhill.
For many a trip to Thistle’s home in a Match Day is not complete without a lift in the wonderfully designed Thistle Taxi from the foot of McParland Way to the back of The Jackie Husband Stand.
Glasgow Taxis Chairman Dougie MacPherson popped into The Wyre Stadium at Firhill this week to meet Cammy Logan and Tony Watt and celebrate the new deal with the club’s Commercial Executive Eve Wilson saying:
“It is great news for the club to have a company with such a terrific reputation as Glasgow Taxis extending their partnership with us.”
“The Thistle Taxi is a fantastic symbol of our partnership and is part of the Match Day experience for a good number of our supporters.”
