Partick Thistle WFC is excited to confirm the signing of Hannah Robinson from Spartans ahead of the new season.
The winger, who is also comfortable at full-back, arrives at Petershill Park after two seasons with fellow SWPL side Spartans where she featured regularly, passing the 50 appearance mark for the Edinburgh side in January.
Hannah came through the youth system at Rangers where she moved up through the age groups and worked with our assistant manager Ross Stormonth, getting the chance to train with the Gers first team before departing in search of regular senior football in 2022.
She has featured for Scotland at under 16 and under 19 levels appearing against Slovakia, Finland and Spain for the latter.
Hannah Robinson said: “I’m excited to sign for Partick Thistle. There was talk of it happening last season so I’m glad it’s finally happened.
“You can see everything Thistle are doing and achieving and the way they are pushing to become better. That matches me as a player so I’m delighted to be here”
PTWFC manager Brian Graham said: “Hannah is a player we’ve watched closely for a while. She’s an exciting player who can really make things happen.
“She’s been playing at full back for Spartans but we probably see her playing further forward here.
She’s another young player who trusts us with her development. She is hungry for success and wants to improve which are great qualities to have”
