IMPORTANT MATCH INFORMATION – Greenock Morton v Partick Thistle

This match has been classified as a Category A match which means that there will be an increased police and stewarding presence.

Turnstiles will open at 2pm and Partick Thistle supporters will be situated in Sections F and G of the Main Stand and in the Wee Dublin End Terracing behind the goal.

Sections F and G will be for families, the infirm and supporters with disabilities who are not in the wheelchair section. Morton are utilising a new stewarding company this season and their stewards will be placed on the ramp just after the turnstiles, and at the doors to the Main Stand, to ensure that access is provided appropriately.

The full area of the ground traditionally referred to as the ‘Cowshed’ is for home supporters only and there will be segregation at the corner between the Wee Dublin End and the ‘Cowshed’.

Segregation will also be in place in the corridor of the Main Stand and also in the area between the media section and home supporters.

Food will only be available via a snack van (cash only) on the ramp behind the goal. There will be no toilet access in the Main Stand due to segregation with toilet facilities for all Partick Thistle supporters also situated on the ramp.

Weather forecast – Greenock – BBC Weather

Tickets are available – Fanbase or via QR codes at turnstile. (No cash sale of Match Tickets)

Drum and banners are permitted however no megaphones are allowed.  Any drums will be searched before entry with banners and flags requiring to be fully unfurled and checked.

Thank you for your co-operation in all the above especially as the club are serving a suspended sentence from the SPFL which could see a Stand closed for a game at The Wyre Stadium at Firhill should there be the use of Pyrotechnic devices, any incursions onto the pitch or to an area of the stadium not designated for the use of Partick Thistle fans.
