There might not be any Jags action for the first two weeks in January but that doesn’t mean there isn’t some great sport out there. With that in mind Partick Thistle has teamed up with two of Glasgow’s other sporting institutions to offer some excellent deals for season ticket holders to help ensure you can still get your sporting fix this January.
Glasgow Rocks
Glasgow Rocks, Glasgow’s own British Basketball League team, have fixtures on Sunday 7th and Sunday 14th of January against Manchester Giants and Leeds Force. Based at the Emirates Arena the Rocks are the only top flight pro basketball team outside of England. Fast paced and high scoring a night at the basketball with the Rocks is a great evening of entertainment and the perfect way to get your sporting fix while the Ladbrokes Premiership takes a break.
The Rocks have agreed a discounted rate for all Thistle season ticket holders:
Adults – £8 (normally £12)
Kids* – £4 (usually £6)
Thistle season ticket holders will be able to order tickets at a discounted rate by quoting the promo code PARTICKST when purchasing via the online box office. Then all you need to do is show your Thistle season ticket when you pick up your tickets.

Queen’s Park
Although the Premiership shuts down for the first two weeks of January there is still plenty of football to be had as the other leagues continue with business as usual. So, to help our season ticket holders get their football fix during the winter break, we’ve teamed up with another Glasgow team – Queen’s Park – to offer the Jags faithful a top January bargain.
The Spiders will be offering a 30% discount on adult tickets for their match against Stranraer on Saturday January 6th meaning a ticket, usually £14, is just £10 when a valid PTFC season ticket is presented at the turnstiles.
So, the Jags might be out of action for a couple of weeks but don’t miss these opportunities to make the most of the free weeks. And don’t worry, the Jags return to action with an away trip to Queen of the South in the William Hill Scottish Cup on Saturday January 20th. Ticket details for the clash can be found here.
