Just Employment Law follows up Partick Thistle sponsorship extension with further gesture to Club and Trust

Not content with extending its principal sponsorship of Partick Thistle FC, Just Employment Law (JEL) has today agreed another initiative to generate additional funds for both Club and Charitable Trust.

For the next year, any new retained business generated for Just Employment Law by a Thistle sponsor, affiliate or supporter will see JEL donate 20% of the fee back to Firhill, split evenly between the Football Club and Charitable Trust.

The incredible gesture was confirmed by Just Employment Law as they extended their sponsorship of the club through to end of the 2021/22 campaign, a fifth consecutive season of support.

Just Employment Law’s managing director David McRae said: “As proud main sponsors of Partick Thistle, Just Employment Law is delighted to introduce a new initiative to coincide with our agreement to extend our sponsorship deal with the club through to the end of season 2021/2022.

“Our key offering for businesses is our fixed fee annual retainer service.  For the next 12 months, every time a club sponsor, affiliate or fan avails themselves of a new retainer with Just Employment Law, we’ll be donating 20% of our annual fee back to the Club and the Partick Thistle Charitable Trust (10% to each).  We’re delighted to be doing this to help the Club and the Trust.  We’ve enjoyed a lengthy and successful partnership with PTFC and have been humbled to learn of the good work being carried out by the PT Community Trust, particularly during these troubling times.  Accordingly, in addition to extending our sponsorship with the Club we hope this initiative will provide further assistance to both organisations.”

Partick Thistle chief executive Gerry Britton said: “This is a phenomenal gesture by David and the team at Just Employment Law and yet more evidence of how committed they are to Partick Thistle. The partnership goes way beyond a shirt sponsorship and will impact on the future success of both club and trust, on the pitch and across our communities.”
