Kilmarnock ballot update

Season ticket holders who have been selected in the ballot for our upcoming fixture against Kilmarnock have now been notified through email.

This email was sent to the email address which is associated with your season ticket on our ticketing platform. Please check your spam/junk folder in case your notification email has arrived there.

All Season ticket holders who selected Kilmarnock as their first choice preference of fixture have been balloted for this fixture.

Some Season ticket holders who selected Greenock Morton as their first choice preference of fixture, and Kilmarnock as their second choice have been balloted for the Kilmarnock fixture instead. This is because the Morton fixture had a number of requests exceeding the attendance restrictions imposed on us.

Some Season ticket holders who were balloted for the postponed Ayr United fixture and who listed the Kilmarnock game as their second choice have now been balloted for the Kilmarnock fixture instead.

Unfortunately, due to the postponement of the Ayr United fixture and the attendance restrictions imposed on us, a number of supporters who were balloted for the Ayr United fixture were unable to be re-allocated to the Kilmarnock fixture.

All season ticket holders who applied to attend one of our restricted attendance home fixtures were selected and given the opportunity to attend a fixture. All season ticket holders would have been sent an email notifying them of their selection. If you have not received an email stating your selection in the ballot for any of the three games, please contact the club as quickly as possible by emailing

Due to the New Year holiday and matchday duties on Sunday any ballot queries relating to the Greenock Morton fixture received after 5pm on Friday 31st December cannot be guaranteed to be resolved in time for kick off on Sunday. We encourage all season ticket holders in this position to contact the club as soon as possible.

The Club would like to put on record our heartfelt thanks to all of our office, ticketing, administration and support staff for their incredible efforts in creating, facilitating and delivering this ballot in the short time frame we had available – all of which was done while our staff are working remotely from home. Since learning of the attendance restrictions imposed a little over a week ago, we have processed, balloted and notified over 1,000 applications to attend a match and issued more than 2,000 live stream codes for season ticket holders to watch from home.

We would also like to thank all of our season ticket holders for their support, patience and positive feedback throughout this process.
