Partick Thistle Women’s FC are delighted to announce that Kodie Hay has agreed to return to Petershill Park for the 2024/25 campaign.
This follows a very successful debut season in Red and Yellow for the former Motherwell winger who featured 39 times in all competitions; the joint-most appearances in the squad.
Along the way Kodie set up three goals and scored once, notching Thistle’s final goal of the season in a 3-2 defeat to Hearts in Edinburgh.
“I really enjoyed my first season at Partick Thistle so it was an easy decision to sign on again for next season.
Said Kodie: “I’m really looking forward to trying to build on everything we done this season and seeing just how we can go better”
Manager Brian Graham said: “Kodie showed last season what she can bring to this team with her pace and delivery into the box. I think at times we should have taken advantage of her balls into the box more and turned more into goals.
“I think she also showed at the very end of the season after she got that first goal how much confidence that gave her so hopefully she is able to take that into next season”
