On-loan defender Lewis Mayo has received another international call-up as part of Scot Gemmill’s Under-21s squad for the team’s upcoming fixture against Denmark.
The centre-half was involved in the 21s’ last international game, playing the full 90 minutes of a 1-1 draw against Turkey in Bursa.
Now Mayo will once again be involved as Scotland welcome Denmark to Tynecastle on Thursday, 7th October. The game will be broadcast live on the BBC Scotland channel.
This call-up does mean that Lewis will miss our SPFL Trust Trophy tie against Queen of the South on 8th October.
