With limited capacities in effect once again at Firhill, we are unable to welcome all of our 2,200 season ticket holders for our upcoming home games against Ayr United, Greenock Morton and Kilmarnock.
We can provide the below update regarding live streaming access for all Partick Thistle season ticket holders for restricted attendance fixtures.

All 2021/22 Partick Thistle season ticket holders will be provided with access to our live stream for each of our restricted attendance fixtures. A unique code will be emailed to all season ticket holders ahead of our game against Ayr United on Wednesday evening.
This code will be used for each of the three upcoming home games. The code is designed to be used three times, once for each upcoming restricted attendance game. Should a code be used more than once for a fixture, then you will be unable to use it for the subsequent games. Another code will not be provided.
After receiving your email with your unique code and instructions for use, it is strongly recommended that supporters redeem their code as early as possible for Wednesday night’s game. There will be limited IT support available on matchday.

All season ticket holders should wait for the club to issue the unique streaming code for these three matches. This is anticipated to be completed by the evening of Tuesday 28th December.
The club will issue an update to inform supporters when stream codes have been issued – please do not contact the club enquiring about your stream code before this update is issued. Your email may go into your junk/spam folder so please check all folders before contacting the club.
If you do not receive a streaming code, after this update has been issued, please contact OR as soon as possible for assistance. Please provide your season ticket details when getting in touch.
All season ticket holders, regardless of whether they have been successful in the ballot or not, will receive a streaming code. Any success in the ballot process will be sent separately to stream codes.

Our live stream will be accessible 60 minutes before kick off, with our live show beginning 30 minutes before kick off. If you can, we encourage Thistle fans to log in as early as possible for a smooth viewing experience.
If you are successful in the ballot, but subsequently have to self isolate through covid-19, please use your unique code to view the live stream.

I haven’t received a streaming code, what do I do?
All streaming codes will be sent to the registered email address on our ticketing platform. Please check your junk/spam folder for your email and check your ticketing account for the email address on file. If your ticketing account is linked in a family support bubble, it is possible that the lead contact in this bubble will have received all streaming codes.
