Partick Thistle can today confirm that central defender, Daniel Jefferies, has joined the Club on loan from Dundee until January 2019, subject to SFA approval.
Jefferies came through the youth academy at Swansea City playing with the Swans’ youth teams right up to the under 18s but left Wales last summer to join EFL League Two side, Colchester United.
Daniel then joined Dundee last January after a short trial period at Dens Park, making his debut in senior football at the start of May, coming on as a substitute to help secure a 1-0 win over Hamilton. He started his first senior game against Thistle as the Jags won 1-0 at Dens Park on the final day of the 2017/18 regular season earlier this year.
Jefferies joins the Club on loan until January but is ineligible to play in the Jags Irn-Bru Cup having already featured for the Dundee colts side in the competition.
Daniel will wear squad number 30 for the duration of his loan spell.
