Partick Thistle can today confirm that goalkeeper Mason McCready has joined Gala Fairydean Rovers on a season long loan deal, subject to Scottish FA clearance.
The 18 year old keeper, who had a short seven day emergency loan spell with Gretna 2008 in July, heads out on loan to the Lowland League side to gain more first team experience.
The Thistle Weir Youth Academy graduate joined up with the Rovers squad ahead of last night’s Lowland League clash against Dalbeattie Star and will be available for selection for the Galashiels based club for the duration of the 21/22 campaign.
