New PTFC Ticket System now live!

UPDATE AT 19:00: All season ticket holders will receive TWO emails from Total Tickets as we migrate to the new system. 

The first will contain a Membership ID. 

The second will contain a username and password which will gain access into the new ticketing system.

Partick Thistle are delighted to announce that the club’s new ticketing system is now live and available to use ahead of tomorrow night’s match with Queen of the South.

Working with our new ticketing partner, Total Tickets, we have introduced the new system to ensure an improved experience for all supporters and enable you to purchase tickets using a mobile app for the first time.

Fans will now have the choice to purchase match tickets via desktop computer, mobile or tablet device – then simply scan the ticket at the turnstile to gain entry to that match.

The main benefits of the new ticketing system are:

• Fans can manage their own personal account and buy tickets anytime, anywhere on any computer, mobile or tablet device
• Tickets can be purchased via a new mobile app – Partick Thistle FC Ticket App – for Apple and Android devices. Tickets purchased are automatically added to the app on your mobile device (or fans can download and print at home should you prefer)
• New scanners on all turnstiles will scan tickets directly from the app, from a QR code or from a ticket printed remotely
• Fans are no longer required to visit the office or stand in line to book tickets, they can do so 24/7 from their computer or mobile device
• Fans can purchase tickets for their friends and family and easily share the tickets electronically
• Season Ticket holders can purchase cup games online and the tickets will automatically be added to their Season Ticket account making it valid for the game. Season Ticket holders can also buy and manage tickets for the whole family from one account

In addition, tickets in PTFC sections for future all-ticket matches will only be sold to PTFC season ticket holders, sold within the Stadium at home matches or to “Club Members”, a new sign-up facility that will be available within the new ticketing system. This will ensure only PTFC supporters gain entry to PTFC sections.

Total Tickets is an experienced Scottish event management, ticketing solutions and point of sale systems provider, selling in excess of 40 million tickets over the last 20 years.

I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER:

All season ticket holders with e-mail addresses registered with the club will receive an e-mail from Total Tickets regarding their account.

Any season ticket holder with no e-mail address registered with the club should contact the ticket office.

Existing season cards will be accepted for tomorrow night’s game but will need to updated for next week’s clash with Dunfermline Athletic.

 

I AM NOT A SEASON TICKET HOLDER:

Tickets for tomorrow’s game against Queen of the South can be purchased online at ptfc.co.uk/tickets, from the Firhill Executive Offices between 9am and 7pm or at the Jackie Husband Stand ticket booth before kick-off.

Entry for the John Lambie Stand will be as normal arrangements.
