The Partick Thistle Open Day returns on Sunday afternoon, getting underway at noon, with another fun-filled afternoon of activities for Jags fans of all ages.
The Partick Thistle Charitable Trust will be hosting mini kicker activities behind the pitch to give your Junior Jags the perfect introduction to playing at Firhill.
Our friends at Scottish Rowing will be running rowing taster sessions within the Firhill basin, in association with the Firhill Youth Project. Sessions get underway at 1pm and are suitable for all Jags aged 12 and older. Sign up on Sunday in the Jackie Husband car park.
If rowing skills aren’t your strong point, there will be plenty of entertainment with a magician roving through the stand and live music to enjoy. Browse the stalls within the Jackie Husband concourse with the Jags Foundation and Firhill Football Heritage in attendance. The Glasgow Kayak Club will give you the chance to be put through your paces with some on-land kayak activities. If that’s too much effort, you can simply relax with some tasty ice cream and enjoy the open training session.
Meet the entire Thistle squad with a squad signing session in the Jackie Husband Stand before you get the chance to grill the gaffer with our meet the manager session in the Alan Rough Lounge.
All Jags fans young and old, season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders are invited to Firhill for Sunday’s event which is, once again, completely FREE.
