Partick Thistle v Cowdenbeath – Pay-per-view pass on sale now

There will be a 9am pitch inspection held at Firhill on matchday ahead of our Scottish Cup tie with Cowdenbeath. We will keep supporters updated of the outcome of the inspection when it is confirmed.

Any supporter who wishes to watch our upcoming Scottish Cup tie against Cowdenbeath can now purchase a pay-per-view pass, priced at £10.

As this is a cup tie, Saturday’s game is not available on the 2020/21 Partick Thistle season ticket with all season ticket holders requiring to purchase a stream ticket to access the live stream of Saturday’s match.

TO ACCESS SATURDAY’s STREAM AGAINST COWDENBEATH, ALL SUPPORTERS SHOULD LOG IN AT https://ppv.ptfcpass.co.uk

In the event that Saturday’s match is postponed, the tie will be played on Tuesday 12th January at 7:45pm. Any PPV passes purchased for Saturday’s game will automatically be valid for Tuesday night’s re-scheduled match.

Season Ticket Holder Information


Season ticket holders should not use the log in details you have previously used for our League One matches. 

Any season ticket holder who purchased a stream for our Betfred Cup clash with Greenock Morton, should log in using the PPV details they created for that tie. 

Any season ticket holder who did not purchase a stream for our Betfred Cup clash with Greenock Morton will need to register on our PPV site – your usual log in details won’t work on the PPV site. 


 

To purchase your pay-per-view pass, please follow the below step by step guide.


STEP BY STEP

  1. Head to ppv.ptfcpass.co.uk/events
  2. Create an account with username and password. Please remember these details to ensure being able to quickly purchase future games.
  3. Once registered and logged in, click “events” located at the top of the page and select the fixture you would like to purchase a pay-per-view pass for.
  4. Select “Purchase game pass”, click on the fixture and click on the white box which says “Stripe payment gateway”
  5. Select “Add Payment Method” and add the cards details you wish to pay with.
  6. Follow the checkout process to purchase your pay-per-view pass.
  7. Once completed, you will be able to watch the match via the events tab on this site.

Keep in mind that season ticket holders and PPV customers will log in to different sites on matchday and you must sign in to the correct site to access the stream.

In order to access and use the Pay-Per-View Ticket service, you will need to provide all necessary equipment including a computer and access to the internet and/or mobile service, with you being responsible for any service fees associated with such access via Wi-Fi or mobile data. You will require a Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) with a minimum download speed of at least 1.2mbps with latency not exceeding 100ms for SD video and 4mbps with latency not exceeding 50ms for HD video. Quality and accessibility of Live video streaming via mobile networks cannot be guaranteed.

For use of the Pay-Per-View Ticket your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements (this may be updated occasionally, for which see section changes and updates section): (a) Any Windows computer with a quad core processor with 4GB RAM. Any built-in Intel graphics, not older than 5 years and an Nvidia card from GeForce FX, GTX, Quadro FX etc. (b) Apple Mac computers from 2007 onwards.
