Partick Thistle Women’s FC is thrilled to announce the signing of Taylor Fisher for the rest of the 2021/22 SWPL 1 season.
Taylor officially joins the club having come off the bench in our 1-0 win over Hamilton Accies at the weekend.
Fisher becomes a Jag having recently left Glasgow City where she had made the step up from under 19s to first team football last year.
The attacker made her senior debut for the reigning SWPL 1 champions in the SWPL Cup at the start of the season and went on to score three goals in the early part of the campaign as well as getting the chance to play in the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
PTWFC manager Brian Graham said: “Taylor is a player we’ve had our eye on for a while so I’m pleased to get her into the squad. She adds something different up front. Her signing is hopefully just the first of a couple of quality additions we hope to make to the squad as we look to take the club forward and hopefully look up the table”
Taylor said: “I’m delighted to sign here. I really enjoyed getting out on the pitch and being part of such a big win on Sunday against Hamilton. I’m looking forward to gelling with the team and making a contribution to move us up the league”
