Partick Thistle Women’s FC is excited to announce its first two new signing of the summer in the form of goalkeepers Lauren McGregor and Lauren Grant.
The pair both played against Thistle in last season’s SWPL 2 but will be a part of the Jags squad for the new season.
McGregor joins us from Kilmarnock where she was a mainstay for two and a half years, earning a nomination for the November 2019 SWPL Player of the Month award along the way.
Grant, on the other hand, arrives from Hamilton Accies after playing her part in their promotion to the SWPL 1 earlier this summer with one of her saves being nominated for the 20/21 Save of the Season award.
PTWFC manager Brian Graham said: “I’m delighted to get not just one but two quality goalkeepers in.
“Both have a lot of experience at this level and will provide great competition for that starting place. They’ll really spur each other on in training and that can only be good for the team”
