PTWFC Volunteer Vacancies

The Partick Thistle Women’s team are looking to recruit some additional Committee members to assist with the smooth running of all the team’s activities. Specifically there are currently vacancies for the following roles:

 

Treasurer

Preferably with experience in a similar role or in a professional capacity, we need someone to look after and account for the team’s finances.  This voluntary role covers a number of areas including maintaining accounts (using Xero), as well as paying expenses, banking match day monies (when fans are allowed), collecting monies due and keeping the Committee appraised of the club’s financial position. In addition to attending the monthly Committee meeting, the time commitment is likely to be between 2-3 hours per week.

 

Administrator

This voluntary role is to ensure the smooth running of the women’s team. It covers a range of activities from organising pitches, ordering kit, liaising with sponsors, organising Committee meetings through to ensuring that the club meets all of its obligations by working with the Secretary. In addition to attending the monthly Committee meeting, the time commitment is likely to be 4-5 hours per week.
