We can now confirm that stream ticket purchases are available for Saturday’s Betfred Cup clash against Queen’s Park, priced at £10 each. Please follow the steps below to purchase your stream ticket for Saturday’s match.

As this is a cup tie, Saturday’s game is not available on the 2020/21 Partick Thistle season ticket with all season ticket holders requiring to purchase a stream ticket to access the live stream of Saturday’s match.

How to purchase your stream ticket(via Web):

Click here to head to our ticketing partner
Add your stream ticket, priced at £10 each, to your cart and proceed to checkout.
If you have previously made a purchase from our ticketing site, you can checkout under your account or, alternatively, as a guest.
Follow the checkout process to complete purchase.
When the checkout process is complete, you can download your ticket on the final page. You will also receive a confirmation email with your stream ticket.

How to purchase your stream ticket(via App):

Open the PTFC Ticketing App
Click on the events button at the bottom of the screen.
Select fixture and advance through the book now button at the bottom of your screen.
Add your stream ticket, priced at £10 each, to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Follow the checkout process to complete purchase.
When the checkout process is complete, you can download your ticket on the final page. You will also receive a confirmation email with your stream ticket.

On your e-ticket, on the right hand side you will see a QR code.

Underneath this QR code is a numerical code which is your access code to log in to view the match.

Please note, this code can only be used once to view a match. Do not use this code before you intend to watch the stream. Once logged in, we recommend that you do not log out until the end of the fixture

How to gain access to the stream of a match:

Head to https://tickets.ptfc.co.uk/video/116
Enter your numerical code to log in to the match.
Once logged in, the video player will load on the screen to view the stream. A “stream unavailable” notice will display until the stream is live. We anticipate going live at 2:30 with our comprehensive audio build up.
