The Wyre Stadium At Firhill will be home to tenants Reflex Blue for a further two seasons after the Glasgow creative agency agreed a new two-year lease agreement, secured by Adapt Commercial Property.
Partick Thistle’s Maryhill home has been the base for Reflex Blue since May 2022 and that will continue thanks to the new deal, finalised by Adapt Commercial Property just days after Firhill was renamed the Wyre Stadium At Firhill.
Glasgow creative design agency Reflex Blue specialise in marketing, PR and digital media and occupy the 2,345 sq ft second floor office space within 80 Firhill Road’s executive offices.
Welcoming the new two-year deal, Partick Thistle FC Board Director and Adapt Commercial Property Director Fergus Maclennan said: “On behalf of Partick Thistle Football Club, Adapt Commercial Property are delighted to continue Reflex Blue’s positive partnership with the club through this new two-year lease agreement.
“Reflex Blue have been fantastic tenants to date during which time they really supported the club on matchdays and at events and we all look forward to continuing to grow the relationship in the years ahead.”
Reflex Blue Managing Director, Colin Docherty commented: “We are thrilled to commit to a new lease at Firhill in what has proved to be a hugely positive move for our business. Our staff and visiting clients love the fantastic views onto the pitch, making it a truly unique studio space.
