Following the early conclusion to the 2019/20 Ladbrokes Championship, the Club offered partial refunds to all 2019/20 season ticket holders in April.
A large number of season ticket holders made the incredible gesture not to take up the refund due from the Club, a continuation of the amazing support we have received from all of our fans over the last few months.
We have now been advised that we may be able to recover the VAT element of refunds that were not claimed back. If those season ticket holders who chose not to receive a refund agree, we can treat the unclaimed refund as a donation. As we have already paid the VAT for this, we can claim this back.
Unless we hear from season ticket holders by 5pm on Friday 3rd July we will proceed on the basis we have your deemed consent to treat your unclaimed refund as a donation. Please contact if you do not wish to give your consent.
Reclaiming the VAT will generate approximately £12,000 which will help the Club as we continue to prepare for the start of the 2020/21 season.
