Season Ticket Q&A Update

This Saturday, for the first time in seven months, Firhill will host a Partick Thistle league match. It goes without saying, it won’t be anywhere close to the same without our supporters.

With such a unique season throwing up so many challenges and questions, we’ve pulled together this Q&A guide for all Partick Thistle 2020/21 season ticket holders ahead of the first of 14 scheduled League One home matches.

Everyone at the club appreciates not only the support of season ticket holders but also your patience and understanding over the spring and summer, recognising we have been operating with a small team – often working from home – handling all queries.

If you have any questions to ask which are not covered in this update please email   or, if urgent, call the office on 0141 579 1971.

Thank you!

How do I access / obtain my season ticket?

All season ticket holders should do so by visiting the club’s mobile app – Partick Thistle FC Ticket App – which is available for free on all Apple and Android devices. We would encourage all Thistle fans to check their account details to ensure their information, including name, address and age, are correct and up to date.

Does my season ticket include the cost of streaming? If so, when will I receive details of how to log in?

Yes, all season ticket holders will enjoy access to a live stream of home league games until such point as fans can return to Firhill.

Details of how to log in to the stream for Saturday’s clash with Airdrieonians will be provided in a separate update prior to the game. Details on Pay Per View options will be provided in the same update.

I haven’t received my physical season card, why?

This is correct. The club wish to avoid sending out physical items until restrictions are eased and fans are allowed back to the stadium again. We are encouraging all supporters to use the app.

I don’t want to use the app, what’s my other options?

We are currently looking at the option of e-tickets (e.g. allowing you to print at home). We will update further shortly.

How do I get the app?

Visit the App Store on Apple devices or Play Store on Android devices and type “Partick Thistle” in the search function – select and download “Partick Thistle FC Ticket App” when you see it.

I can’t log into the app, can you update my username/password?

Should this happen to you, please email the club via   or call the office on 0141 579 1971 for assistance.

How do the social bubbles work?

All information on social bubbles can be found here: https://ptfc.co.uk/tickets/season-tickets-on-sale-now/social-bubbles/

I haven’t heard back about my social bubble email, what happens next?

Social bubbles will only come into play if restricted attendances are permitted at Firhill. All supporters should simply wait to be contacted which will only happen after a change in circumstances – when that happens, we will be in touch.

Is JagZone and the streaming service the same thing?

No. In the same way that JagZone content and a normal matchday are two different things, for season 2020/21 JagZone will operate as normal while live matchday streams will operate and be costed independently, either as part of your season ticket package or, for non season ticket holders, on a pay per view basis.

If you have any questions about or issues with JagZone, please email

Some JagZone accounts are currently on hold because they were set up during the free offer, which has now expired. To re-establish your account you are simply required to go through the sign-up process again.

If I can’t sit in my seat this season, will I still have that seat for next season?

Yes, of course. Please do not worry – any temporary moves this season will be just that – temporary. Your season 2019/20 seat will be available to you again when normal returns.

In addition, if you had a season ticket for 2019/20 but haven’t been able to renew this year we have not sold your seat to anyone else – you will be given first opportunity to renew your seat again next season.

Can I access the live matchday streaming service if I am a “Kids Go Free” season ticket holder?

Kids Go Free season ticket holders who are linked to other season ticket holders can enjoy access to live matchday streaming as part of their season ticket package.

Kids Go Free season ticket holders who are not linked to other season ticket holders will require the permission of an adult and to be verified as under-16 before access to the live matchday stream will be granted. This is available to Kids Go Free season ticket holders who were also season ticket holders last season.
