Social bubble update

The club can today provide the following update on season tickets and spectator arrangements for season 2020/21. These are provisional plans on the basis that we become able to admit some supporters to Firhill. We encourage all supporters to read this update in full:

  • With Government guidelines surrounding both social distancing and restrictions on attendance at sporting events still in place, the club have been planning provisional spectator arrangements for next season – including for restricted attendance matches.
  • Over the last week, the club has received a high number of social bubble requests. We will respond to each request to acknowledge that the club has received it, and to progress a restricted attendance stadium plan. If you have not yet received a response to your email, we would appreciate your patience. At present, we have one colleague working through the social bubble requests, as well as performing a number of other duties on a daily basis.   • All 2020/21 season ticket holders who have requested a social bubble will receive an update between Monday 31st August and Friday 4th September.
  • Any season ticket holders with social bubble requests who have yet to contact the club with their request are asked to do so as soon as possible by emailing   Season ticket holders intending to attend games on their own are not required to do anything.
  • We are in the final stages of preparing for our season ticket relaunch and are carrying out system testing checks on our updated ticketing platform to ensure the best user experience possible.
  • We have updated our card payment system within the club over the last few weeks as we work to streamline the processes within our office. Installing this new system will increase our capability of accepting card and contactless payments moving forward.
  • We have now taken delivery of our new streaming camera platform ahead of installation at the end of August. We will provide an update on our streaming service for home games for the upcoming season in September.
