How to purchase your PPV pass

Head to tv.ptfc.co.uk
You’ll be able to view our upcoming fixtures against Queen’s Park and Arbroath within our shop.
Add the games to your basket.
The games will now have been added to your shopping basket. View the basket and proceed to checkout.
Enter your billing details to continue creating your account. Double check your email address and password as you will require these details to purchase future streams. If you purchased one of our previous streams, please use the same log-in details as you did for that fixture.
As a Thistle fan, please check the home box when prompted to choose between home or away.
Complete the checkout process and complete your purchase of the matches. You will now see a confirmation screen with your order details and will receive a confirmation email automatically.

How do I view the matches?

I have purchased my PPV pass on matchday

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation screen with your order details. Click “View” to be directed to the match stream page. Accept the terms and conditions and click play on the media player to begin to watch the stream.

I purchased my PPV pass before matchday

There are two ways to view the matches if you have purchased a PPV before matchday.

Method One – Through the Email Confirmation

In the confirmation email sent upon completion of your purchase, click the “click here to view the match now” link above the order confirmation summary.
This link will take you direct to the match stream page, there will be no need to log in to your account. Accept the terms and conditions and click play on the media player to begin to watch the stream.

Method Two – Log In through tv.ptfc.co.uk

Head to https://tv.ptfc.co.uk/my-account/
Log in using the email address and password you used when completing your purchase
Select “My matches” from the menu on the left hand side
Click “View” to access the relevant match stream page.
Accept the terms and conditions and click play on the media player to begin to watch the stream.

STREAM SUBSCRIBERS

Our first two games of the New Year, both fixtures will be available as usual to our stream subscribers who can add the games to their streaming account right now!

To start the process of adding the game, log into your livestream account and select “shop”.

The games should be listed under upcoming matches. If they don’t appear, waiting a few seconds and refreshing your browser will allow the games to appear.

To add them to your basket, make sure to click on the image of the two club badges in the “Upcoming Matches” section with ‘Subscribers’ underneath.

They will be priced free of charge as part of your subscription and complete the checkout process. You will not be asked to input any card details and will not be charged further for these games.

Once the process has been completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the games will be added to your subscription.

Access the matches in the same way you would in previous seasons.

We are aware of issues on Apple devices using the Safari web browser. If accessing through an Apple device, please view the game through Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers.
