Supporter Information for Dunfermline match

We welcome Thistle supporters to a competitive Thistle match for the first time since March 2020. Following the success of Monday night’s test event in our pre-season friendly, most supporters will know what to expect at Firhill tomorrow. If you didn’t make that game, but are returning home to Firhill tomorrow, please read the below information.

While most of your Firhill staples will remain familiar to everyone in attendance, there are some elements of your match day experience which will be slightly different. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that your return is a safe and enjoyable as possible.

All ticket holders are required to complete a covid health questionnaire prior to arrival. This can be accessed at: https://tickets.ptfc.co.uk/staff_guest_application Once completed, there is no requirement to retain the PIN number.

Please do not attend the game if you are experiencing any of the recognised symptoms of COVID-19. We would encourage all supporters to take a lateral flow test prior to attending Firhill, but a negative lateral flow test result is not required to be presented ahead of entry into Firhill.

One of the biggest changes in attending the stadium is the designation of an entry time slot for every supporter. Please attend the stadium at the time noted on your ticket for the match. Supporters in the Jackie Husband Stand entering through turnstiles 45-49 should approach from South Drive. Supporters who have entry turnstiles 40-44 on their ticket should make their entry through the North Drive gate.

No large bags should be brought to the stadium, only bags required to carry medication or a small amount of food will be permitted into Firhill. No controlled containers of liquid(such as cans, bottles or flasks) will be permitted into the Stadium. Cups of water will be made available for consumption by our water marshalls. There will be no kiosks available to purchase food.

No match programme has been produced for this fixture. There will be no physical 50/50 ticket sales within Firhill, although you can enter our digital 50/50 draw.

Within Firhill, please continue to maintain social distancing, wear a facemask(unless you have an exception) and avoid close contact with people who are not within your extended household group. A one way system will be in operation on stairwells, please follow the directions located around the stairwells.

At the end of the match, please follow the instructions of stewards to exit Firhill.

It is in everyone’s interest to keep safe. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to approach one of our stewards, stadium staff or Covid Marshalls within the stadium.
