Partick Thistle can today confirm that Tam O’Ware has left the club by mutual consent with immediate effect.
The defender initially joined the club from Greenock Morton in 2018, making eight appearances and scoring once before his debut season was prematurely ended by a serious injury.
He returned to the team for the start of the 19/20 campaign going on to feature 31 times across the season with his standout moment being his winning goal against former club Greenock Morton in a 2-1 win in December 2019.
More bad luck with injuries meant Tam didn’t make a competitive appearance for the team during the 2020/21 term, eventually making his comeback in this season’s opening Premier Sports Cup tie against Dunfermline Athletic.
