Partick Thistle FC is pleased to announce the signing of versatile left-sided defender Sean Kelly on a contract until the end of the season, subject to Scottish FA clearance.
Most recently on the books at Dundee, Kelly arrives in Maryhill with over 300 games of experience in senior football including more than 150 appearances in the Scottish Premiership.
The 31-year-old came through the youth ranks at St. Mirren and broke into the Buddies’ first team during the 2013/14 season as he played 36 times in all competitions.
He has since had spells with AFC Wimbledon, Ross County, Falkirk and Livingston before heading overseas for a short stint in Cyprus with Karmiotissa.
Despite playing the majority of his football in the Scottish top flight, Kelly was a Championship title winner during his time with Ross County where he also won the Challenge Cup.
