Thistle extends free JagZone to August as club pledges to keep family of fans entertained this summer

While the club continues to liaise with the SPFL over the return of football, we are acutely aware that all supporters are facing a truly unique summer as we all remain affected by lockdown.

Today, Partick Thistle is pleased to announce a menu of entertainment, activity and club content for its full family of supporters, setting out what we pledge to provide over the next two months which, for many, would normally include summer holidays.

From today until August, Partick Thistle FC will:

  • Extend the free-to-view offer for all JagZone content to August 11, the provisional schools return date. Instructions are at the end of this update. Any supporter who has already taken up the free JagZone offer doesn’t need to do anything to extend their access. Your free access will continue automatically until August 11.
  • Unveil our new home and away kits, in partnership with O’Neills and Greaves Sports, as well as a range of teamwear and accessories. Watch this space for more news soon …
  • Continue with our goal of the day features and classic match streams (we have requested an extension to the license to show full matches, which currently expires on July 1). Our Saturday streams also include virtual 50/50 draws and half-time birthday messages
  • Share special activity and wellbeing books aimed primarily at our Junior Jags but fun for all the family. Our first activity book proved popular with Junior Jags, click here to download.
  • Host more Partick Thistle quizzes, the first of which saw more than 200 Jags take part last Friday night. The next quiz is scheduled to take place on Friday 3rd July.
  • Work with the Thistle Weir Youth Academy and Partick Thistle Charitable Trust to bring fans more of their engaging content, skills sessions, health advice and other news
  • Continue with our weekly run of special “In Lockdown With” interviews with former Firhill favourites
  • Showcase the premiere of “Over Land And Sea”, the one-off documentary celebrating the 25th year anniversary of our Intertoto Cup adventure
  • If we get the go ahead to restart training in this period, we will provide regular player/squad and club updates, manager interviews and  competitions to get us back in the football mood as we build up to our return to playing

So far almost 350 supporters have taken advantage of our free JagZone offer accessing 100% of our online content, from classic matches, player interviews and special features, stored within the JagZone platform.

To enjoy free access to JagZone until August 11, enter the Jagzone via ptfc.co.uk, use coupon reference ‘FREEJAGZONE’ and complete the checkout process.

We have tried to keep this as simple for you as possible but if anyone is experiencing any issues getting set up please email   and we will guide and support you through the process.

Jagzone contributes a significant monthly revenue to the club, so we ask that any supporter who is in position to afford it to consider retaining their subscription as an ongoing donation to financially support the club. For those who can’t afford to do that, you are able to cancel your subscription immediately by selecting the ‘Subscriptions’ tab within the ‘My Account’ section of Jagzone. You can then rejoin using the ‘FREEJAGZONE’ code.

We reiterate our thanks to all supporters for the outstanding way you have rallied behind the club and each other over the past few months.
