All supporters who intend to attend tomorrow’s cinch Championship fixture against Raith Rovers are encouraged to plan their journey in advance. The UCI Cycling Championships are now in Glasgow until August 13th with hundreds of thousands of spectators anticipated to descend on the city to watch the races.
It is expected that this event will impact travel surrounding the city, including for our fixture against Raith Rovers tomorrow afternoon.
While there are no road closures in the immediate vicinity of the Wyre Stadium at Firhill, road closures will be in effect in the city centre and throughout the west end of Glasgow. Public transport networks, including the underground and bus routes, are anticipated to be a lot busier than normal, with supporters encouraged to leave extra time on their journey to watch our match with Raith Rovers.

We look forward to welcoming a large, noisy crowd to the Wyre Stadium at Firhill for our opening match of the cinch Championship season. The Aitken Suite supporters bar will be open for supporters from Noon for Thistle and Raith Rovers supporters.
