This Saturday at the Wyre Stadium at Firhill, a new singing section will be trialled in the John Lambie Stand behind the goal.
As you stand in the John Lambie Stand and look out on to the pitch, the singing section will be the entire section immediately to the left of the goal (i.e. closer to the Jackie Husband Stand – see picture below).
This move has been led by regulars in the ‘Lambie’ keen to find a solution to the overcrowding which sometimes exists at the back of the stand and maximise the matchday atmosphere for the benefit of the team. However we would emphasise that this is a one-off at this stage for a cup tie for which season tickets are not valid.
As tickets for our Scottish Gas Men’s Scottish Cup tie against Livingston are unallocated seating, all supporters need to do to be part of the singing section is make their way to an available seat in that section ahead of kick-off.
We’d encourage any fans wishing to do so to take their place up to 15 minutes before kick-off – the attached picture shows the singing section for Saturday in full.
